Union Mil-F-1183

Bronze Silver Braze Union Assemblies are supplied to Mil-F-1183 in ASTM B61 or B62. The assembly includes a bronze nut, tailpiece, and thread-piece. The tailpiece also requires a retaining ring and o-ring for a complete seal. There are different material o-rings that can be used depending on the type of service. Nitrile, EPR/EPDM, and Viton are most common in the marine industry.

• 200/400 pressure option is available in sizes 1/4" - 2"
• 300/600 pressure option is available in sizes 1/4" - 3"

These fittings normally have ends for brazed joints. However, they can be furnished in many combinations of silver braze and pipe threaded end connections. We also have options for reducing tailpieces and Union Tee and Elbows.
